Haifa is the Human Resources Manager at Senior Financial Group. She is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, benefits, strategic planning, compensation, policies and procedures, employee relations and development, payroll, and more. She has served in HR across a variety of industries over the past 20 years.

In her free time, you can find Haifa at home with her twins and husband or out walking the greenways. She enjoys music, painting, reading, and spending time on her screened-in porch.
