Heather, a third-generation insurance professional originally from Jacksonville, FL, has over 15 years of industry experience—and she’s a true insurance “geek”! With a strong background as a writing agent in both life/health and property & casualty (P&C), she also brings extensive expertise in insurance operations, underwriting, and case and claims management.
Heather has worked for both large insurance companies and national BGA’s, helping other agents successfully serve their clients in life insurance, long-term care, disability, and fixed annuities. She later chose to transition from supporting other agents in the brokerage world to helping her own clients achieve financial freedom. Now, as a passionate advocate for Medicare retirees, she strives to create a safe space where her clients feel heard and appreciated.
Heather enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling abroad, and writing. After dancing with the Atlanta Ballet, she now lives in Downtown Knoxville with her husband, two cats, and her dog, Ringo Starr.
