It started in the back of a pharmacy, where I spent countless hours on the phone advocating with insurance companies to get medications approved. It was there that I witnessed firsthand the challenges people face—especially with issues like the infamous “donut hole.”
That experience opened my eyes and heart to the reality many seniors live every day: having to choose between vital medications and everyday necessities like food. It was a turning point that led me to pursue a career in insurance in 2018, driven by a desire to help people find the right coverage and avoid being placed in plans that don’t serve their needs.
