Is Your Plan Leaving You?

“What do you mean my plan is leaving me?”

AARP MedicareComplete Plan 1 (HMO) will not be offered in 2016 in Campbell, Hawkins, McMinn, and Roane County. If this is your current plan, you will likely be receiving a letter of notice within the month of October. Although the letter simply states what is happening to your plan and coverage, what to do next may not be so simple. It’s important that you take action before December 7th so that you can choose what course of action is best for you.

Here’s a diagram to illustrate what you should do upon receiving a letter of notice from your plan:

Start by calling our staff at Senior Financial Group to set up a free, in-home appointment with one of our Benefit Specialists. They can walk you through the steps to choose a new plan or to prepare you for your transition into Original Medicare.

You will have until December 7th, so the faster you act, the better!

Let us help you, and call (865) 777-0153 today if you have received a letter like this from your plan.
