The City of Knoxville, the Knoxville-Knox County CAC Office on Aging, and the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability is holding the Knoxville Livability Summit at the Rothchild Conference Center on Thursday, November 12th.

The event is open to seniors, persons with disabilities, family members and friends, caregivers, and aging network professionals to hear from Knoxville experts on aging-related topics. The event will run from 8:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. You can choose to attend up to 15 different sessions on topics like preventative strategies, how to become a tech-savy senior, active aging, and planning ahead to avoid legal headaches.

Additionally, there are sessions geared toward accessibility and community leaders. Members of the community involved with design, construction, or business could also benefit from the summit.
